RESERVATIONS

About Reservations

Reservations to the airport are valid only for the time and date specified. LAX BLACK LIMO is not responsible for customer error resulting in unused reservations or missed flights. But customer are responsible for notifying us about the delayed flights. Please do not hesitate to contact us if your flight is delayed by 1-2 hours, we will otherwise look for alternative options, like changing drivers. Please do understand that our drivers have other trips too. But we will do our best to get a solution.  

 

Pickup or Dropoff  Service

We provide a private Pickup or Dropoff, direct transportation service utilizing luxury SEDANS ,Mid size SUV or Full size SUV for non-stop transportation.

 

Pickup from the Airport

Pickup reservations vary by airport authority and are a curbside pickup, where allowable. After collecting his/her luggage, the customer must call/text the number included in the confirmation for further instruction on where to meet the driver. Our driver may ask for an identifying clothing color or the area number so they can differentiate the customer from others waiting on the boarding curb.

 

“Meet and Greet” from the Airport

Airport “Meet and Greet” reservations will require an additional fee. Our driver will meet the customer in baggage claim with a personalized sign/placard. They will assist the customer with luggage and proceed to the parking area to board the vehicle.

 

Short Notice Reservations

Short notice reservations are reservations made less than two hours prior to requested pickup times. We are unable to guarantee service availability or timely service for short notice reservations. But we will do our best to meet your reservations.

 

Charter Reservations

All reservations require a minimum charge. Vehicles are available based on demand and cannot be guaranteed on short notice. Hourly charters require a three-hour minimum reservation and at least one hour advanced notice. Hourly charter reservations should be made in advance to ensure availability.

 

 

RATES

Tolls, taxes and other fees may be not included in the calculated cost of the ride and customer may be responsible for additional charges.

 

Cancellation Policy

Our clients have the option to cancel 24 hours before the pick-up time to avoid the no-show charge. Same day cancellation or no show will be charged for a full fare amount.

 

Exclusive, Non-Stop Airport Transfers

These reservations include sedan and SUV service. A flat rate is quoted at the time of booking and is guaranteed so long as the reservation is not changed. Customers may additional stop for an additional fee. 

 

Waiting Time Fee

Drivers can only wait for 45 minutes based on your reservation time. After that, there is a charge of $50 per hour. All car services do charge waiting time. 

 

Promo Code

Promo codes are valid for use while reserving the service via www.laxblacklimo.com. They cannot be combined with other offers. They cannot be redeemed using third party providers. 

 

Cleansing Fee

We want to ensure that every client is happy with our clean vehicles. That’s why we charge a cleaning fee for liquid spills, food messes, or pet hair. The charges will depend on our polite drivers, don’t worry, they are easy to talk with.

 

Credit Card Fee

3% will be added for credit card payment.

 

SPECIAL HANDLING

Accessible Transportation

In compliance with federal regulations, the service offers accessible vehicles to customers with disabilities, including those who use wheelchairs and those who are accompanied by service animals. 

 

Traveling with Children

We welcome the opportunity to serve our younger travelers when accompanied by a responsible adult. If making an online reservation, please indicate the number of children traveling so we can reserve a seat. State laws do not allow children to ride in the lap of an adult. If your child is under the minimum age/weight standards, additional $20 will be charge for each car seat for each child to whom the applicable law applies.

 

Traveling Minors

Customers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration of the ride. Operators may refuse service if a child is not old enough to ride alone and is without an adult or guardian.

 

Pets

All pets are permitted in vehicles with advance reservations, excluding service animals, must be kenneled. All pets must be properly secured within the carrier at all times. Service animals are permitted on vehicles. Please be mindful of the vehicle size while booking rides with a service animal.

 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
